Start of Anthony Schrag's Contemporary Pilgrimage
Lure of the Lost involves Anthony Schrag walking from Huntly to the Venice Biennale. To see the artist off in style we are holding a weekend of events and celebrations, coinciding with the occassion of the blessing of St. Anthony on the 13th of June.
Saturday 13 June
4 pm Graham Fagen - Artist Talk on representing Scotland at the 56th Venice Biennale, Brander Library
5 pm Sacred Sites Walk - Tour Huntly's churches with Patrick Scott. Meet in Huntly Square
6 pm Anthony's Feast - Pizza banquet followed by ceilidh dancing, Huntly Square, Booking essential.
Sunday 14 June
Contemporary Pilgrimage - Join Anthony on the first stage of his trek to Rhynie.
8 am Meet in Huntly Square and return from Rhynie by bus. Booking essential. £5 for picnic and bus
